History:

He was a Spanish writer and publisher, exiled in Mexico. His most well-known work is the novel “Incerta Glòria”. As a publisher he founded, together with his wife Nuria Folch Pi, the Club Editor, that published for the first time “La plaza del Diamante” by Mercè Rodoreda and Bearn de Llorenç Villalonga.

During the Civil War, he was second lieutenant of the Escuela de Guerra de la Generalitat de Cataluña. In the exile he promoted the magazine Quaderns de l'exili, published in Mexico.
