History:

Burt Gillet was an American animator and animated movies director. Since the beginning of his career, he focused on animated films and has a large trajectory in this field and in the most important production companies. In 1929, he started working for Walt Disney and was one of the directors of the "Silly Symphonies" and Mickey Mouse short films. He also won an Oscar for "The Three Little Pigs" short film. Thanks to his success, many studios were interested in him and offered job and collaborations. He had a period of failure in Van Beuren studio and came back to Diseny, but he finished his career in Walter Lantz studios.
