Spanish lawyer and politician. He was born in Villena (Alicante) on 23 April 1900 and he died in Rabat (Morocco) in 1954. Antonio Pérez Torreblanca was a member of Alianza Republicana (Republican Alliance), of Partido Republicano Radical Socialista (Radical Socialist Republican Party) and of Izquierda Republicana (Republican Left). He was elected city councillor of the Alicante municipality and parliamentary deputy in the 1931 elections. He was also Director‑General of Agriculture and a member of the Council of State. He belonged to the Numancia lodge number 3 of Alicante, in which he had the symbolic name of 'Diógenes'.
