History:

Spanish lecturer, lawyer and deputy. He studied Law and Education at the University of Salamanca. Andrés worked as a teacher at the Normal School of Teachers of Salamanca. He was a member of PSOE and a socialist leader during the Second Republic in Salamanca. Andrés was also elected socialist deputy for Salamanca in the 1933 and 1936 elections. At the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, he was killed by the national side, who shot him in Monte de la Orbada on 28th July 1936.
