History:

Spanish lawyer and politician. He was a deputy in the Constituent Legislature for Almería. Bernal graduated in Law from the University of Murcia, and worked as a lawyer at some business companies. He was linked to the Studies Society LIBRA, and joined the Andalusian Democratic Party, which was part of the Federation of Liberal and Democratic Parties of Joaquín Garrigues Walker. Finally, he died in 2001 in Almería.
