History:

Spanish farmer and politician. He joined PSOE and the FETE-UGT (Federation of Teachers - General Workers Union) in 1930, and became secretary at the People's House of his home town, and leader of UGT. Bisbal worked as a Mayor of Massalavés during the Second Republic. At the end of the Spanish Civil War, Bisbal was arrested and sentenced to life sentence. In prison, he dedicated himself to reorganize PSOE, and was released in 1946. Bisbal returned to the political career in PSOE after the Congress of Suresnes in 1975. He was elected deputy of PSOE for Valencia in the Constituent Legislature (1977-1979).

Bisbal died in 1993 in Massalvés, the Council of Massalavés honoured him with a street carrying his name.
