Spanish lawyer and politician. Rodríguez Marín has been a professor in Administrative Law at the School of Legal Practices of Alicante, territorial lawyer at the Hispanic Central Bank (BCE) and president of the Board of the Port of Alicante. In 1976, he joined Francisco Zaragoza Gomis' PDLPV, who was replaced by Rodríguez Marin as a deputy of UCD for Alicante in the 1977 general elections, which he joined and from which he worked as a town councilor at the Council of Alicante and under president of the district of Alicante between 1979 and 1983.

Rodríguez Marín was elected deputy of Popular Coalition in the 1983 elections of the Valencian Courts, and ran as well in the 1987 elections of the Valencian Courts. However, after the failure in the results, Rodríguez Marín joined PP, from which he was elected senator in the 1993 elections, and deputy at the Valencian Courts in the 1991, 1995 and 1999 elections. He has been elected senator for the Valencian Community from 2004 to 2008, city councilor at the Council of Alicante between 2003 and 2004, and member of the Local Government Board of the Council of Alicante.
