Spanish lawyer and politician.

Tomé graduated in Law and Economic and Political Sciences from the Central University of Madrid. He graduated as well in Taxes from the Center of Tax and Economic Studies.

Professionally, Tomé worked as the First Secretary of Local Administration, National Advisor of Local Enterprises, Professor in the National School of Local Administration, substitute police officer in Leon, under-director general of Provincial Plans, National Advisor of Local Confederations and Secretary of the Council of La Bañeza (León).

Regarding Tomé's political career, he was a member of Christian Democratic Party and UCD and a deputy for León in the Constituent and I Legislature.
