Meeting held in 1962 in Munich between Spaniards of Republican exile and political personalities from Catholic circles, monarchists and Falangists distanced from Franco's dictatorial regime. It was the first time that the republican exile, non-communist exile, and elements of the center and the right that advocated changes that favored a change of attitude of the dictatorship, allowing democratic reforms.
