He was a lawyer, magistrate and government representative of the province of Honduras, Captaincy General of Guatemala, in the Cádiz Cortes (parliament). He was the son of Antonio Morejón de León and María Orosia Aguilar Tablada. He studied at the Tridentino College of Guatemala. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University Of San Carlos de Guatemala in 1806 and a degree in Canon Law in 1810. In that university he also worked as a librarian. On November 11, 1817, he was appointed lawyer of the Royal Councils.
On February 5, 1810, the Captaincy General of Guatemala named him chairperson of the Central Board of Comayagua. The same year he was appointed representative of Comayagua in the Cádiz Cortes, thus, being a government representative in the Extraordinary Courts and an alternate in the Ordinary Courts until its end. Regent of the Court of Zaragoza.
Regent of the Regional Court of Granada. October 15, 1836.
Regent of the Regional Court of Seville. September 5, 1837.
Regent of the Court of Caceres. December 15, 1843.
Regent of the Court of Madrid. October 22, 1845.
Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice (1850-1854).
He retired by Royal Decree of March 2, 1855. Among his merits, he received the Order of Carlos III and was a member of the Order of San Juan.
