History:

He was a lawyer and a government representative. He studied at the University of San Antonio Abad and in 1794 he became a member of the Royal Court of Cuzco. He was an honorary minister of the same, sub-delegate of the province of Urubamba and was part of the commission to judge the insurgents of La Paz in 1809. He was also appointed honorary judge of the Royal Court of Cuzco (1810) and Quito (1814). In 1810 he was appointed government representative of the province of Cuzco, although he never took office because the city was unable to gather the coastal assistance needed for his trip to the Peninsula.

He was married to Manuela Borda. He died in Limatambo, in the province of Cuzco.
