Soprano. Born in Puerto Rico, she developed her professional career in Paris (France). She contacted the composer Manuel de Falla at least three times in letters. On June 18 of 1923, she conveyed Gabriel Fauré's wish to meet the Spanish artist in person, for whom he felt great admiration; on October 28 of that same year, she expressed her satisfaction for having performed, alongside Victor Charpentier, some of the works by the Spanish composer at the Grand Amphithéâtre de la Sorbonne in Paris; in addition, she updated Falla on the rehearsal with Gabriel Fauré of "Siete canciones populares españolas" (1914), and asked him if she could arrange his work.

On January 10 of 1926, at the Salle Gaveau in Paris, she sang at the Festival de musique et de danses espagnoles starring the dancer Antonia Mercé La Argentina, with Ginisty-Brisson and Joaquin Nin at the piano. At the Salle Pleyel in Paris, on May 11 of that year, she offered a concert accompanied on the piano by Margarita Chala and Joaquín Nin, where she sang works by Falla, Federico Mompou, and Nin himself. On March 14 of 1928, she took part in the act awarding Manuel de Falla the Legión de Honor at the headquarters of the Fondation S. of Rotchschild in Paris. A concert titled "Una hora de música Española" was scheduled for this event, in which works by Mompou, Joaquín Turina, Adolfo Salazar, Ernesto Halffter, Joaquín Nin, Manuel Blancafort, Manuel de Falla, and Joaquín Rodrigo were performed; the latter performing his "Zarabanda lejana" on the piano, and premiering "Preludio al gallo mañanero" and the song "Muy Graciosa es la doncella" with Alicita Felici, to whom it was dedicated. On May 2 of 1928, at London's Grotrian Hall, she gave a recital accompanied on the piano by Ricardo Viñes.
