History:
Priest and archivist. Graduated in Philosophy and Letters. He entered through public examination in the Corps of Specialist Archivists, Librarians and Archaeologists in 1941. His temporary destination was the National Library of Spain, after which he moved to the Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual, where he served as secretary until his death.
