History:

Spanish archivist, translator, and bookseller.

Civil servant of the Corps of Archivists, Librarians, and Archaeologists since 1924. Father of the professor Luis Joaquín Boya Balet.

At the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, he was assigned to the Archivo Histórico Provincial y Audiencia of Zaragoza. Resolution: Continuation in service, without sanction. In 1941, he was listed as the director of the General Bookstore of Zaragoza, located at the calle Independencia, 8 in the Aragonese capital.
