Spanish criminalist lawyer.
Born in Pedrajas de San Sebastián (Valladolid) in 1873, and was son of the lawyer Antonio Medina Carrascal and Carmen Bocos Cano. He studied Law in the universities of Deusto and Salamanca, and was a criminalist lawyer in Valladolid, Madrid and Salamanca.
In 1918, he was governor of Murcia; three years later, of Almería and ten years later of Vitoria. He was also an academician of Honour of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of the Purísima Concepción of Valladolid.
He married Ulpiana de Castro Rueda and were parents of Elvira, José Luis, Antonio, Ernesto, José Luis y Fuensanta. He passed away in Valladolid in 1959.
