Spanish Law professor. He was the son of Mariano Brualla Barbod (lieutenant colonel and major) and Luisa Aliacar Cotaina.

He started his academic training in 1842 with the baccalaureate of Philosophy in the baccalaureate of Jurisprudence at the University of Zaragoza. Then, he was awarded a degree and a doctorate in Law at the same university.

His academic career started in 1868 when he was appointed assistant professor at the Faculty of Law in Zaragoza. In addition, he was assistant professor in the chair of Political and Administrative Law, the chair of Proceedings Theory and Practise, the chair of Ecclesiastic Discipline, the chair of Political Economy, the chair of Spanish Civil Law and the chair of Roman Law.

Nevertheless, it was not until 1877 that he was designated professor of the chair of Theory of Legal Proceedings and Forensic Practise at the University of Oviedo. Yet, he was transferred to the chair of Elements of Political and Administrative Law at the University of Zaragoza.

He held the following positions too:

Scholar in the Academic of Legal Practise of Aragón.

Lawyer at the Bar Associations of Zaragoza and Madrid.

Public prosecutor in the General Captaincy of Aragón.

Sub delegate of Income in the Province of Zaragoza.

Editor of the Legal annals from his own foundation.

Third Deputy Mayor of Zaragoza.
