He was a Spanish professor who was born and passed away in Valencia. He was the son of Juan Galvañ Rams.
He began his academic education at the Academy of Santo Tomás de Aquino, from where he moved to the Senior High School of Valencia. He studied Infant Education and the legal career. He obtained his doctorate at the Central University of Madrid and received a scholarship Junta para Ampliación de Estudios (Board for Widening Studies) at the University of Paris.
His academic career was centered at the University of Valencia and he began as an assistant in practical lessons in the Faculty of Law. He received the chair of Administrative Law.
He was sanctioned in 1937 and went back to his activity in 1939.
