History:

He was a Spanish politician. Son of Miguel and Amalia, he married Victoria Serrano. He studied the baccalaureate at the University of Cambridge (England) and graduated in Law at the Universidad de Granada on the 9th of December, 1929, obtaining the doctorate in 1932. In 1934, he was granted with an internship by the Junta de Ampliación de Estudios (JAE) to continue his studies in England.

Professor of Civil Law of the Universidad de Granada in 1940. Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Granada from 1941 to 1954. He accessed the national side as a campaign volunteer during the Civil War, becoming lieutenant. After the processing of his sanction expedient he was reinstated in the service without sanction in January, 1940.

Other positions he held were:

Councilor of the City Council of Granada in 1948. Mayor of Granada from 1951 to 1953.
