He was a Spanish professor who was born in Torrecilla de la Orden (Valladolid). He was the son of Gabriel García and Matilde Amado.
He began his academic education with the high school of Arts at the High School of Salamanca and the Baccalaureate in Civil and Canon Law; and Administrative Law by the University of Valladolid. He continued and obtained the degree and the doctorate in Law at the same University.
His academic career began with him as a substitute professor of various subjects. He was appointed professor of History and Elements of Roman Law by the Literary University of Salamanca. He was moved to the University of Valladolid where he took charge of the chair of History and Elements of Roman Law; Elements of Natural Law; Institutions of Public Finance; and Institutions of Roman Law. Moreover, he was appointed Vice Rector of the University.

Substitute Fiscal lawyer of the Territorial Court of Valladolid.
Resident vocal and Secretary of the Sección de Montes de la Junta provincial de Agricultura of Valladolid; of the Board of Provincial Welfare of Salamanca; and of the Welfare Board of Valladolid.
Dean of the Illustrious Bar Association of Valladolid.
Vice Rector of the Literary University of Valladolid.
