He was a Spanish politician. Son of Ramón Martí and Antonia de Eixalá, he married with ángela Romero. He passed away in Madrid.

He studied the baccalaureate at the Universidad de Cervera and graduated on the 11th of November, 1830. He obtained the title of lawyer of the Royal Councils in 1833. He obtained his doctorate in Laws in 1837. Professor of Civil, Trade and Criminal Spanish Law of the Universidad Literaria de Barcelona in 1845.

Other positions he held were:

Lawyer of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona since 1833. Appointed fiscal of the public writings by the Provincial Council of Barcelona in 1836. He was vice president of the Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislación de Barcelona in 1849. Parliamentary deputy by Barcelona in several legislatures from 1844 to 1857. Vice president of the Sociedad Económica de Amigos del País de Barcelona.
