History:

He was a Spanish professor who was born in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and passed away in Salamanca. Son of Eustaquio Laso Herrero (professor) and Petra Medina López, he got married with Julia Bañares and with María de la Encarnación Serra y Lamorós.

He began his academic career with the baccalaureate in Philosophy at the Universidad Central de Madrid, he obtained the degree in Law and in Administration; the doctorate in Law.

His academic career began with him as an assistant professor in Madrid. He was appointed professor of Trade and Criminal Law at the Universidad de Salamanca; and Institutions of Public Finance. Moreover, he was Dean of the Faculty of Law of Salamanca.
