History:
He was a Spanish professor who was born in Zaragoza and passed away in Zamora. Son of Francisco de Ledesma and Úrsula Palacios, he got married Mariana Reina Osorio.
He began his academic training studying Theology at the Faculty of Zaragoza. He obtained the degree and the doctorate in Philosophy and Humanities from the Universidad Central de Madrid. Back at the Universidad de Zaragoza he obtained the degree in Law.
His academic career stands out because he was an assistant professor of the Universidad de Zaragoza. Professor of Geography and History of the Instituto de Zamora (he did not exercise). He was appointed professor of Political Economy and Trade Legislation of the Instituto de Tarragona; and professor of Political Economy and Statistics of the Universidad de Oviedo. Due to a swap he made use of the chair of Political Economy and Statistics at the Universidad de Valladolid.
