History:

Secundy, Louis was born on the 6th October 1908 in New York. He studied 1 year in High school. He served in the United States Army in the 7th Cavalry from January until December of 1926. He worked as iron worker and truck driver. He joined the Communist Party in June 1933. He sailed from the United States on the 10th of March 1937 aboard the "Washington" and arrived in Spain on the 15th of April 1937. He served as Chief of the Auto Park in Albacete, and after the retreats, he joined the 15th International Brigade. He served as private in the Company 1 of the Lincoln-Washington Battalion during the Ebro Offensive. He returned to the United States on the 20th of December 1938 aboard the "Ausonia". He died on the 16th of January 1989.
