History:

She was the daughter of Dr. José Goyanes Capdevila and his wife, María Echegoyen Villeta. She married the entomologist, speleologist and naturalist Cándido Bolívar Pieltain in Madrid on the 2nd of January 1924. They both arrived in the port of Veracruz (Mexico) on the 26th of July 1939 to start a long exile in that country where their family settled down for good. They had 6 children.
