History:

Spanish archivist-librarian.

He studied in Mislata (Valencia), and subsequently licensed in Philosophy and Letters, and Law in Valencia's University. Then, he obtained his doctorate in Philosophy and Letters in Madrid. In the capital, he went on to work to the particular library of the king Alfonso XIII.

Civil servant of the Cuerpo Facultativo de Archiveros, Bibliotecarios y Arqueólogos, through an exam, from the 23 July 1915.

At the beginning of the Civil War, he was destined as boss of the Biblioteca Popular of the district of Buenavista (Madrid). He solicited to re-enter the body.

He was named Secretario Bibliotecario of the Museo Pedagógico Nacional, and he was in charge of its incorporation to the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas. Librarian of the CSIC. He passed away at the age of 98 in the Spanish capital in 1989.
