History:
Spanish archivist and librarian.
From Palma de Mallorca, born on 13 November 1859. Son of Tomás Aguiló Fortezá and of Francisca Aguiló Fuster.
Licensed in Civil and Canon Law by Valencia's University, and with the title of Archivist, Librarian and Antique Dealer of the Escuela Superior de Diplomática.
He passed the exam in the Cuerpo de Archiveros, Bibliotecarios y Anticuarios, being destined to the Archivo Histórico of Palma de Mallorca. He continued his professional career in the archive of the Delegación de Hacienda of Palma de Mallorca in 1893, subsequently he returned to the Archivo Histórico of Palma de Mallorca in 1895, and ended in the provincial library of Palma de Mallorca in 1902. He passed away on 9 January 1917.
