He was a Spanish professor who was born in Montesa (Valencia), son of Luis Gestoso Acosta (professor of public and private International Law of the University of Valencia) and of María Tudela Tafalla.
He began his academic education at the School San José de la Compañía de Jesús in Valencia. He studied the degree in Law at the University of Valencia. He obtained his doctorate from the Central University of Madrid.
His academic career began with him as a temporary professor of the University of Valencia.
He obtained the chair in Public and Private International Law from the University of Murcia.
Moreover, he was appointed Vice Dean of this University.
He was sanctioned in 1936 and reinstated without sanction in 1940.

Dean of the of Murcia.
Member of the Administrative Court.
Advisor of the National Social Security Institute.
Graduate member of the Association Francisco de Vitoria.
The Faculty of Law of Murcia created an award for the juridical investigation that carried his name.
