Spanish professor.
He began his academic education studying high school at the General and Technical High School of Seville and at the General and Technical High School of Huelva. He studied the degree of Law and the doctorate in the University of Granada. Granted with an internship by the University to study in the University of Berlin.
His academic career began being named assistant professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Granada. Moreover, he took charge temporarily of the vacant chair of the Philosophy of Law, and acquires the chair of History of Law, Political Law and Philosophy of Law.
In the University of Seville he received the chair of Philosophy of Law. In the University of Madrid he was appointed professor and had functions of vice dean at the Faculty of Political, Economic and Commercial Law.
He started the “purge of procedures” in 1940. He was kept in his position.
His sociological work has been valued as a key milestone for the definitive establishment of this science in Spain.
