Spanish professor who was born in Toro (Zamora) and passed away in Madrid. He married María del Peral y de la Maza. He began his academic training with the degree in Law at the University of Valladolid. He obtained the doctorate at the Central University.
His academic career began with him as an assistant professor of the University of Valladolid. He obtained the chair of Elements of Law from the University of La Laguna. He was moved to the University of Santiago and the University of Granada. By virtue of relocation due to a swap, he took charge of the chair of Philosophy of Law at the University of Salamanca. To conclude with his academic career, he took charge of the chair of Philosophy of Law at the University of Madrid.
