Spanish deputy and professor, he was born in Alhama de Granada and passed away in Madrid. Son of Juan de Hinojosa Labrador and Manuela Naveros, brother of the professor of the Central University Eduardo de Hinojosa y Naveros and of the Blessed María Gabriela (Amparo).
He began his academic training with the secondary education at the Colegio de Nuestra Señora del Carmen (Granada). Graduated and doctor in Civil and Canon Law by the University of Granada. He obtained the degree in Law (section of Administrative Law) at the University of Madrid.
His academic career began with him as an assistant professor of the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the University of Granada; and of the Faculty of Law of the University of Madrid. He was appointed professor of History and Critical Exam of the Main Spanish Treaties with other Powers in the University of the Havana. He received the same chair at the Central University of Madrid.
Other activities he carried out were:
Regent of studies of the Real Colegio de San Bartolomé y Santiago de Granada.
Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Madrid; moreover he took positions of Librarian, Spokesman, Reviser and fourth Vice President.
Secretary of the section of Literature at the Athenaeum of Madrid.
Vice President of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences.
Head of the newspaper El Día.
Member of the Academy of Geography of Lisboa.
Parliamentary deputy.
