History:

Robbins, Albert was born on the 4th of December 1909 in New York. He studied during three years in the City College of New York. He went to the Reserve Officers' Training Corps. He worked as Seaman. He joined the National Maritime Union, the Communist Party in 1932, the Young Communist League in April 1930 and the Spanish Communist Party. He arrived in Spain on the 17th of March 1937. He served with the Washington Battalion of the 15th International Brigade as Lieutenant. He served at Brunete and was wounded in action. He returned to the United States on the 2nd of July 1938 aboard the "President Harding". He went to the Second World War with the United State Navy. He died on the 17th of January 1987 (probably) in Bronx, New York.
