Weiner, Milton Morris was born on the 3rd of July 1912 in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated of Long Island University with a BA in 1933 and also attended Harvard. He joined the Communist Party in April 1937, the Young Communist League in 1934, and the Spanish Communist Party. He sailed from the United States on the 10th of April 1937 aboard the "Rotterdam", and arrived in Spain on the 5th of May 1937. He served with 15th International Brigade in the Service Sanitaire of the Washington Battalion and of the Lincoln-Washington Battalion. He went to the Officer Training School where he graduated on the 16th of February 1938. He served at Jarama and Brunete. He returned to the United States on the 20th of December 1938 aboard the "Ausonia". He went to the Second World War with United States Army in 31st Division at Indonesia. He was wounded in action in 1944. He died on the 3rd of November 1991 in California.
