Spanish teacher that exiled in Mexico.
She studied Teacher Education and Natural Sciences. In 1930, she temporarily worked as assistant professor of Biology and Vertebrate Zoology in the University of Barcelona. She carried out in Madrid, while living in the "Residencia de Señoritas", a Pharmacy PhD and participated in the creation of the "Instituto Salmerón" of Barcelona. In 1932, she was accepted in the scientific society "Institució Catalana d'Història Natural" along with Margarita Comas Camps. After the Spanish Civil War, she exiled in France and then went to Mexico in 1940. She developed in Mexico a large teaching and research activity after being admitted in the "Escuela Nacional de Ciencias Biológicas" as Biology teacher. She collaborated with Luis Vives foundation in Mexico and was also teacher in the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She finally returned to Spain.
