Spanish philosopher, teacher and university professor that was born in Ronda (Málaga) and died in Madrid. He was named Francisco de Borja Juan de Dios María de la Concepción, son of Francisco Giner de la Fuente and Bernarda Ríos Rosas. He started his studies in the Santo Tomás Aquino School of Cádiz and in the High School of Alicante, where he graduated in Philosophy. He made a degree in the Universities of Barcelona and Granada, where he graduated in Jurisprudence and Civil and Canon Law. He carried out a PhD of Laws in the "Universidad Central de Madrid". Furthermore, he studied Arts and Philosophy in the University of Barcelona and the "Universidad Central de Madrid". His professional career stood out for holding a professorship of Philosophy of Law and International Law in the "Universidad Central de Madrid".
