He was a Spanish professor. He was born in Valladolid and passed away in Madrid. His name was Emilio María. Son of Emilio Gómez Díez and María [Emilia] Orbaneja de Castro. He got married with Carmen Mendoza Lassalle.
He began his academic education completing the high school at the Instituto General y Técnico of Valladolid. He received several scholarships from the University of Valladolid and the Board for the Extension of Studies that enabled him to continue his academic education in France and Germany.
His academic career began with him as an assistant professor at the University of Valladolid. Moreover, he directed the chair of Canon Law. He received the chair of Procedure Law from the University of Salamanca. He moved to the University of Valladolid.
A purging file was opened in 1937 and he was removed from the service. His file was agreed to be archived in 1966.
