History:

He was a Spanish doctor and teacher exiled in Mexico. He was also the brother of Francisco Barnés Salinas and the uncle of Adela, Petra and Francisco Barnés González. He received aid from the SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape). He was firstly exiled in France and, then, in Nuevo Laredo (Mexico). Other bibliographic data are unknown.
