He was a noted veterinarian born in Toledo (Spain). He graduated in Natural Sciences at the Central University of Madrid and worked as a military veterinarian. He married María Navascués. He participated in the campaign of Morocco for 9 years where his 6 children were born. Only África y Angelita became veterinarians. When he returned to the peninsula, he was assigned highly responsible posts. He worked in the field of veterinary medicine off the battlefield. After the war, they had to exile to France and, later, to Mexico, where he continued working on his career.
