History:

She was a Spanish archivist, librarian and historian. She studied Philosophy and Literature at the Central University of Madrid and she joined the Corps of Archivists, Librarians and Archeologists on August 8th1931. She was assigned to the ¿Archivo de la Delegación de Hacienda en Toledo¿

. During the Civil War, she held the position of Representative of Fine Arts, collaborating with the SIMP, Francoist intelligence force; this prevented her from being purged after the War. She held the leadership of the Library of the Royal palace of Madrid during much of her career.
